Did you try working within the constraints of smart wifi? Disabling it didnt really seem to disable it for me....

So what ROM are you using?

I just tried and got "software update interrupted. Will try again within 48 hours" Ya know it would be nice for att to have mentioned it might be a couple weeks before everyone gets the update. This is pitiful.

I ordered my Galaxy Note 2 around 1am the very first day AT&T had them available. Still haven't seen hide nor hair of my update. I'll give it another week or so, but I'll admit I'm pretty ticked off. If I had any other choice of carrier in my area I'd have dropped AT&T a while back.

Set mine to the 31st and nothing. I'm just giving up for now. I'm in an area that att hasnt even bothered to bring off edge yet. I suspect it will be a couple of days before I can get it.
