Hello! I have this same issue with my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 (T310). Tried other chargers but same problem exists. The Ampere app measures only 200 - 300 mA charging current. I have changed the internal USB Dock Charge Charging Port Flex Cable but no luck. Is it the battery that is bad? How to...
