There's no way to automatically correct the date/time on the Tab 2. You'll have to do it manually. Once you do, the 16003 error should go away. At least it worked for me, and it's been months without a problem now.

I found a fix that worked for me. Check your time setting to make sure your device tune is as accurate as you can. Mine was off by a couple of minutes,which was enough to cause the error. Once I fixed that, I could cast with my tablet again. The annoying part is that I can't set my tablet to...
