Ive had my tab off charge for 50mins and it has gone down 10%, tht seems pretty fast to me, do I have a faulty device or is tht a normal thing to be happening? I am a first time user to the tab scene so plz help a noob out lol.

Ive had my samsung galaxy tab 3 10.1 for a month or two now and I notice tht sometimes I have full bars for the mobile network but when I make a call, im being told tht there is no signal, and its been happening mainly when the battery percentage is at 70%. Could someone please help guide me on...
