Yeah I know that's there. Now go into an app like Google Keep. You want to upload a picture from your gallery. The default file picker comes up. Go into the drawer and select Photos. Where's the ability to sort the photos by albums? Thanks!

Those were great instructions. I've installed Hellscore Kernel and Hellscore and enabled DT2W. It's not as reliable as Swipe 2 Wake on Touch Control, but if the battery consumption is that superior, it's worth it (i can't tell, battery life is just rubbish either way). For DT2S, even better...

Can I get the gallery app back? The Photos app doesn't even allow for albums. WTH

I'm on a nexus 4, and upgrading to lollipop actually solved a lot of my problems. I think my franco kernel or xposed may have been causing problems, like stuttering. Butter smooth at the moment. Have you tried reinstalling lollipop, maybe a clean wipe?
