Isn't it also possible that after 45 minutes of screen time, you had only actually used 6% of the battery? And it rounds down to the nearest ten? You'll notice it takes a lot more usage to move it from 90 to 80 because you're actually going from 94% to 84% as opposed to 100% to 94%.

Agreed. Not liking the official ICS doesn't just mean you don't want to learn a new way to do things. I don't like it because my battery life took a small hit (this phone's super power) and embedded flash videos don't work as well if at all. I didn't gain enough out of the new software...

The most reasonable thing, if they do anything (frankly, I would be more than content with them just saying "sorry some of you guys felt misled"), would be to offer free shipping on your next Play purchase or something. OP wants a free tablet, lol.

Am I understanding this correctly: you think it would be a reasonable thing for them to give each of the pre-order customers another $150 on top of the $25 Play Store credit they already included with the tablet that they are basically selling at-cost? I understand why people are disappointed...
