I was able to find the developer options by taping my device 7 times. Even though i have the debugging mode tick on; i am still unable to detect ( with and without Kies app ). I don't see any options to switch to MTP mode. Am I missing something ?

Am also facing the same issue ( cannot connect to Klies 3 ) after upgrading to 4.3 on my S 4. Can any one help ?
