Well, I upgraded my computer to Windows 10 and it finally works. About time.

Well, I have tried this multiple times. Still no luck. What I did try to do is for fun, I installed windows 10 on a laptop and it worked. But I can't get it to work with PC. I installed the latest HTC Sync Manager, then copied over the AndroidHtcSync2.apk, installed it and still nothing.
