I would try a reset or have the phone replaced. Sounds like you received a defect. I am on Verizon too and cannot get a 4G LTE connection. Are you having the same problem? Thanks
I went it the store. The Tech installed a new Verizon SIM card and everything was working fine in store on WIFI. left the store and later realized I am only getting 3G connections. Can anyone help? I really like this phone
