Try downloading "addons detector" and run a scan. My gf had the same issue and it was a tic-tac-toe game that was doing it to her.

Have you tried changing the weather widget refresh interval from never to 1, 3, or 6 hours? Click on the lock screen weather widget and go menu>settings>refresh interval. Hope this helps.

I'm thinking of jumping ship from iPhone to the S3. I had done a lot of reading and researching and come to the consensus that if I buy one through ATT, I'll have all the bloat ware apps and get software updates later than if I had an unlocked off-carrier S3. Where would be the best place to buy...
