Samsung sent me an email hours ago today that the phone has shipped but FedEx is still only showing that the label has been created with no movement. What's going on lol?

One in store rep looked at my account last week and told me that my phone was shipped, then asked if I had received it already. I was the one to explain to him that although my account shows it as shipped it's still showing as waiting for pickup by UPS. The reps are clueless just like us

I agree. At this point I'm just looking forward to the 13th-15th like the estimated date states

How long after the payment gets processed and debited out that the phone gets shipped?
