It might do. Didn't test it to much to be honest. I only use windows explorer since I want to browse it lik a drive. Windows didn't bug me actually. It was up to date. I had to manually install that update, since win thought the media package was already installed. Weird...

I finally found the KB3099229 update that correctly installs Media Feature Pack. Really strange problem... Now it seems to work (knock on wood). Thank you so much for taking the time to help. Cheers!

Tried with it on and off, no difference. I tried installing Smart Watch, but it demands that I install or Reinstall Windows Media Feature Pack. But it 's already installed and Windows doesn't allow me to reinstall it (or even uninstall it). So I can't get Kies or Smart Watch running either...
