Hello, Whenever I download any Netflix shows or movies for offline viewing and if I try to watch it after few days I get the error 101.1.8, the only option then is to delete and download again. This problem only arise if store the content for few days, no issue if I keep if for a day or two...

Had tried using the finger gesture too, but it does not work. The shows and movies are the latest ones.

One of the streaming app that i use does not support full screen on note 9 like Netflix , due to which any movies or shows that I stream have black bars on all four sides i.e. top, bottom and sides making it an unpleasant viewing experience. Any solution for this issue will be appreciated...
