    HTC seems to test their phones a lot more extensively for the harshest conditions in-house. Their build quality has always been pretty good for me.

    I'm surprised that they haven't done this, but they are giving away Daydream headsets. Best Buy is giving away the last Chromecast and gift cards as incentives. Not surprising really since they even cheaper out and didn't even give earbuds.

    I agree. The Nexus 6P's are tempting, but one of my concerns is with Google's recent policies concerning update support. It used to be they'd support it until the hardware couldn't handle the update anymore. Now, there's an artificial time clock.

    Google has always done this with their phones. I really didn't expect it to be any different this time.

    IP53 rating a bit dissapointing

    This was one of my biggest disappointments with the phone. If they wanted to play with the big boys again, they should have at least matched them in features. Cases will help and time will tell if it matters or not.
