Found a fix! Just clean the sides of it with the corner of normal printer paper. Hold the home button down and slide the paper around it on the parts that would come into contact with the glass, blow thoroughly, but avoid anything that isn't your breath, it might damage the insides of yon' GS4.

Another bug, Youtube overheats my phone. It didn't cause this in the previous version (4.3). When I opened CPU-Z, my 1.6GHz cores (Exynos S4) were all running at 1GHz, prior to the 4.4.2 update, when I was still running 4.3, Youtube never used my 1.6GHz cores. All videos are still being loaded...
