Had my classic(bluetooth only)sent in for repair. Before sending it in, it asked if I want to update. I didn't as there was no need as I was sending it in. Now after receiving it back from Samsung, my version is still 2.3.x.x and will not update. Just says current updates already applied...

Also had to send mine in. My battery drain was extremely excessive. Taking it off charger at 100%(most times it stayed at 98%), it would drain 2% A MINUTE! On a call with Samsung, it went from 100% to 70% on a 10 minute phone call sitting on the desk not in use. Still on Tizen 2.2.... not...

Thanks! Ordered the blue for the wifey's bday. Order is ready for pickup! Just upset that I wanted the coral blue since the beginning. Now I'm stuck with the black one while she gets the blue one. I want to switch with her... She says my phones used... how am I going to give her a used...

Looking in the Samsung forums... this might be a motherboard issue. People are reporting same decreased battery life and sending them into Samsung. After Samsung replaces motherboard, they are getting the good battery life again.

Watching it closer today... I'm actually losing 20% an hour. Not even able to make it 6 hours running stock face no apps. Before update , I could get 1.5 days out of a charge. Took watch off charger at 330pm was 100%. It's almost 730pm and I'm at 32% How can I roll back to old firmware?

My battery life has turned to crap as well. I will be down to 75% in 30 minutes of the watch just sitting on the end table. Going to try factory reset.

I'm in this status as well. It's impossible to get cs to give you a straight answer. I received an email a couple days ago that stated the sd cards are backordered and should see them in 2-3 weeks.

One of the reviews on yt say it's not compatible... I have the tough armor and disappointed it's not able to be used together.

How did the Rugged case work with the Whitestone?

Ordered 28th, black, verizon: Just got it just now! But..... Didn't get my SD card... Only the wireless charger. And the SD card still shows the status of pre-order on the Samsung website. On the phone with Samsung right now and they are supposed to be Escalating the issue.

How is the wireless charging? Samsung said you need to take the phone out of this case for wireless charging to work. Real world?
