I can confirm it's fixed for me, too! Very happy about this, as I've been so irritated!! I don't turn my phone off very often, so that's probably not a big deal for me, personally.

I'm pretty sure at this point that the better solution you're looking for is a new phone. :(

I've been having the same problem. It's really annoying! If I turn off wi-fi it plays flawlessly. Sure would be nice to be able to keep wifi on, but this does help.

If you turn off automatic sync in the fitbit software, you can leave bluetooth on and it won't kill your wifi. But, if you launch the fitbit app, it will sync with your fitbit and wifi will die. I'm totally with you on being soooo disappointed with this update. I see an iPhone in my future...

I apparently spoke to soon earlier. I'm having the exact same problem.. with wifi on and working, if I turn bluetooth on, it works for a while, but eventually stops... it completely disconnects the wifi and goes to mobile data. I have a very limited data plan because I have readily available...

I had some strange wifi issues as well, though I didn't try turning bluetooth off. I found I could only connect to wifi if I first went into airplane mode (which, of course, turns bluetooth off). Today it seems to have spontaneously fixed itself, so hopefully yours will do the same.

Mine updated this morning... but I'm having trouble connecting to my uverse wifi. Anyone else having issues with this? Workarounds??

The last time an update rolled out, it took a full week before I got it, so I'm trying to be patient. I figure we've been waiting a while for this, what's a few more days... But I have been checking every so often. ;-)
