Laura, I'm glad I got it sorted, too. It was driving me nuts.

I found out how: Had to go Google Play Settings- I saw list of devices -. Visibility was checked for the new phone and the old one. Had to uncheck "show in menus" and that fixed it.

@ Laura, only use the phones to text/ talk. We use standard message app as that is what we're used to. We've always used LG and their built in message app without issue- until now. But would really like to stick with it as it is what he's comfortable with and I have to set all this up. Thanks.

It's definitely scared into working for sure! yes, problems getting into forums website (here) using mobile browser on iPad (Safari) but yesterday I couldn't get in on my iMac, either (also Safari) I'm sure App doesn't work with Apple. BTW. Ordered a new LG phone - will be bothering you more...

I was going to reset the phone this morning. Before I started, I checked the map. It's showing - it said it was seen 7 minutes ago. Now this is what shows. Strange, right? (PS still can't get on this site unless on computer- is there a fix for that?)
