On the S 3 note you can find the touchwiz in settings but there is no clear button there. I have go to Active Apps which is not under settings, it is a widget called "Active apps". I have cleared the touchwiz here before and I still get this thing popping up.

I have the same problem. Everything was working fine, then every time after a while (a few days to a week) when I pressed the home button kept getting asked the touchwiz question. Very annoying. To make it worse I cleared the data for Touchwiz and lost all my setup, had to do it all again! I...
