I have also found the Bluetooth volume on several of my Samsung phones far less than other phones. And so low that it is completely inadequate in some cases and an embarrassment to Samsung. I found that using the Samsung equalizer on the phone anything but flat decreases the volume even more so...

For all you unhelpful people that just want to say search for it I did and I found this unhelpful thread at the top of my search. Good thing I know where to look so I will list some actual answers here for everyone that lands here. I have flashed many many roms, even super stock like roms...

Re: Way to go Samsung! I love sammsung but I hate the mono rear speeker of the past. Many people did not get a samsung simmply for that reason.

It takes a wile for the custom roms to come out any way so you will have to stick with stock for a year and wait until there are some stable roms to read about.
