My first phone came with a screen protector on it. So don't worry about it. It's normal. I took it off though cause it was annoying. Still waiting for my replacement.

My phone downloaded the update without my permission. That was last wednesday, still haven't updated, every time it tries to download I turn my phone off, turn it back on and then ring 191 so it thinks I'm using my phone which will postpone the update for 24 hours. Hence more than 60% charge :)

I'm still using my old one because Vodafone are useless at changing it. Waiting for my phone call back from them. Still get to charge it to 100% as I turn my phone off every time it tries to install the update. I now know it will try to install it during the night so my phone will be switched...

Yes it does. It'd backwards compatible with quick charge 2.0. I have an anker one myself

Our carriers don't change the software at all.

On Vodafone UK. They don't change anything and offer you what apps of theirs to install so no bloatware :)

You can also change it in display settings without power saving mode on.

There was issues with Yahoo mail today so that's probably why

I logged into iCloud on the smart switch app and downloaded my contacts from there

Yea I've left mine on too, it's just like if you was to buy one that didn't cover the screen so
