I found that article and tried it earlier today and same result which is still missing trying to access that phillips way and the normal way

I am missing the restricted profiles options under security and restrictions menu under settings .

I have bought several Android TV boxes (Greva, X88 Pro 13) and all of them when you go to security and restrictions show the restricted profile for 1 second and then it disappears and i bought these to use with restricted profiles. How do you fix the restricted profile setting on these boxes?
