Thanks Mustang! I did all these things, assume port is OK, as phone is in new condition and works OK with PC for. All my headsets also works OK with other Android phones. INteresting that it works with 2 of my dongles a couple of month ago.

Thanks again BD, found this setting and problem solved !!!! Alas still could not replicate how I did this, I kept swiping, till I see that USB symbol in notification panel, really interesting how they did this MT6580...!
