Shadowgate by Zojoi — Kickstarter
Hi
Please support the below kickstarter. This is for the new Icontrolpad which will now work like a slide out keyboard that can fit any phone up to a nexus 7 !
If your into android games as much as me u know how bad we need this...
Well an original Droid can so that is pretty good proof. A few people on xda think that the only reason sdxc was never said to support the hardware was a marketing oversight.
It appears that the hardware for sdxc is no different. The only difference is sdxc comes in exfat partition meaning...
My friends original Droid could use it and my evo 3d can as can several others
I am sure they work with all androids.

I bought it directly from sandisk. Android can read sdxc cards. All it has to do is format the card from fat 32 . I am convinced all android phones can use them.
It cost $200 now but so did the 32 GB SD cards when they came out. It will be cheaper later. It was worth it for me
Next there...
Yes but why is google pushing for android to lose functionality? Isn't it better to have access to the cloud and physical storage?
And losing this over DRM would be a joke as well
SD cards have the potential To go to 2 tbs in the future. With an SD card slot u can expand ur phone without...
Yes but u first must back stuff up to your memory. You would have to manually delete the backups everytime they were synced.
The cloud sucks. It is better to store crap on a physical device and access it when u want. The cloud is just a crutch for when that is not possible.
With a 64 GB sdxc...
Menas u can upgrade memory. I have a 64 GB SDXC card and would like to use it.
In the future bigger SD cards will come out and then u can upgrade to 128 256 512 or even 2 TBs without buying a new phone if there is an SD slot
Phonearena mentions there is a SD slot so we may have conflicting...
Just buy a 64 GB SDXC card from Sandisk direct. They work fine.
All you have to do is let your phone reformat it to FAT 32 out of ex fat file type.
My friend's droid can use one so can any other phone I say.
It was a common misconception that SDXC will not work but that is in fact false
You are too close minded.
PS2 games are being ported to Android like Gran Theft Auto 3. Grant it they will be smaller than when released on the Ps2 but still they were 5-8 GBs on average.
I have a 64 GB SDXC card and it is full of PS1 games for FPSE. (each game is about 500 MBs)
