Samsung Switch moved apps but not the info with them (which it had in the past with other phones). When I tried to use "Restore" (again, as I had in the past for a couple things) it came up as a totally different device (Tab E, not my Moto G6). I saw no way to change it or anything. Or is...

I have GBoard set at the default keyboard and have tried everything I know how to do but it keeps using the stock keyboard. Much the same for the notifications. I have another notifier app I prefer but it keeps on using the stock one. How do I override them?
