It is does seem to be google search that is causing the problem. Switching of History seems to cure the problem too. Thanks for the tip, I have been putting up with this problem for months.
I have had exactly the same problem the TouchWiz box pops up repeatedly even thought you have selected always numerous:( times before. It comes up randomly and I just cannot work out why. I have a Gallaxy S4 and it was fine until I updated the op system to KitKat and that's when the troubles...
