Thanks for the advice on wiping the partition cache. The phone was super slow to unlock or drop down the top menu before, now everything seem great.

I've never lost them all-only a few, but yes they were also gone from my Gmail.

I noticed it now tells you a battery charge level in the bottom left while plugged in.

I lost a single contact recently. I have backup assistant and they are all on Google. No idea how it happened. Happened at least one other time with a few numbers when the phone was new.

Mine has also gotten slow. Used to be crazy fast, now not even close.

Or the manufacturer could produce something that works before they sell it.

Come on now. Mine went a full 9.5 hrs before it did the normal random reboot. That's real progress.

I'm happy your Apple update was smooth, but I do know that nearly every time we update an iPod at my house we have to start from scratch. I think the music may disappear every time.

Mine has nothing custom on it. GPS is frequently, but not always, slow. 4G/3G regularly decide to not work. Phone randomly decides to close browser and reboot-seems worse if watching video. Still a cool phone, but not as cool as it would be if it actually worked all the time.

Mine opens in "month". Very odd.

I have a similar problem. Shows updates but when I go to it in the market the option is "open" not update. Google+ is currently in that status.

The other day my phone started deleting random contacts. Not sure if I caught all but a couple were people I still had texts from. The texts were still there but just showed a number-not the name. I think all were backed to Gmail as well. Anybody else seen this or have any thoughts?

I think mine shows the map ok. It tells me where I am, but won't figure out directions without the data. Not too handy if you are in one of the many places Verizon and this phone don't play well with the network. Guess I should find a map to load. I use Google Maps usually and it is great...

I considered doing some drilling, but wasn't sure if there is a magnet somewhere inside that tells the phone it is in the dock.
