I seriously doubt that the rep that you spoke with has any control over nor gives a rip about when your earbuds shipped. Is getting the buds a couple of days faster really a big enough deal to make you return your phone? I feel bad for the reps dealing with nonsense like this.

I am willing to bet that he did not get it yesterday as he was just going by the "estimated delivery date" in the myups app. Mine (as well as many other people I'm sure) originally estimated yesterday as the delivery date, but once the package was in motion the delivery date updated to today.

That seems to happen every year. Supposedly they load up pallets of phones to be shipped and scan them in batches. It isn't a literal first order/first ship basis... but as long as you order before the inventory goes into backorder, the phone should ship at the same general time as others.

I received a text and email confirmation from tmobile just a moment ago after the UPS tracking updated with am origin scan.
