    Thanks Rick....the idea would be to utilize the tablet as a larger screen for the gps. When you say rooted, I'm brand new to this, perhaps you could explain what that means, and how to? Also, showing my lack of experience, what is a stick mount exactly? Thanks

    Considering purchasing a nexus 7...issue is the same old ....lack of storage....can I attach a card reader to the mini-usb and access an sd card that way? Also, with a mini to regular usb cable, will I be able to attach my Garmin 60 CSx GPS to the tablet? Thanks in advance.
