Hi, I've been having this problem and it's VERY annoying. I thought my phone was being tap. The techs do try to make it seem that they're not aware of this problem and that I'm loco. Not the case. Glad I found this forum. Factory reset does not appear to resolve the issue. Ihope after reading...
