That and just in case you don't like the new phone. This year I knew instantly I like the new phone, largely due to the privacy screen, so I sent the trade in phone in right away. It does make a difference in speed of accepted email the faster you send in, but I still suggest waiting a week.

I've been thru this before as I usually wait a week before sending the trade in to Samsung. Out of the blue you will get the magical trade in accepted. Asong as they acknowledged they received your trade in you are good, you just have the pain of waiting for the accepted email.

They have the option to buy a fold or bring a tablet.

I was using gestures on phones way back when nova had them while Google and Samsung was not. Then I went to a app called edge gestures. Now with goodlock I use Samsung's edge gestures. I prefer the side gestures. I have it set up right below the edge panel pull out bar.

Wish they would add it to year old phones like the 25 and fold 7. I don't think there is any reason they can't, software update should fix that.

I do the same thing. It also lets you see the backing of the phone so you will see if there's a crack or anything on the back..just because it's in a case doesn't meant it can't be damaged.

You can elect to pay for your own shipping and pay for your own insurance if you choose to. I was going to do that this time around, but Samsung went with UPS for the trade ins this time so I went with the prepaid UPS shipping labels from Samsung.

I would highly suggest never turn a small item such as a phone into home or renters insurance b most agents will tell you the same thing. Getting rate hikes it cancelled for a small claim not good. That's just my opinion

I've been told that once a phone gets activated on a account, Verizon.and such Verizon won't brick the phone. I don't know, just what I've been told.
