This sounds like a carrier issue IMO. If I understand this right from Verizon when I had a issue of text messages not coming thru the watch when remotely away but calls did. They said the calls went thru because the carrier actually are the ones that forward the calls to your phone and watch...

If you bought it direct from Samsung you have to mail it in to Samsung.

Sorry to hear that. This happened to me one time, fortunately the phone finally showed up. FedEx is a terrible company. Samsung needs to change everything to UPS.

It sucks when you do have problems with Samsung that's for sure. There's also problems with Verizon and carriers also from what I've read, your credit never gets applied or it drops off your account in a couple months and then you have to fight to get it back on so either way there's issues.

I wonder how Samsung will treat phones with this defect at trade-in time.
