"SD card unexpectedly removed" from my HTC One V

Problem persists after sd card re-format (I wasn't expecting it to make any difference to be honest). Any suggestions that actually work and are not just empirical?

I have the same issue. Haven't tried reformatting yet. ADATA 16GB MICRO SECURE DIGITAL HIGH CAPACITY UHS-I CLASS 10
