I backed up everything from my old phone using Kies. I'm not sure if that was a mistake or not

This may not be the right location and I apologize if it's not. I didn't find anything that worked on the intarwebz. I had a note 3 which I cracked the screen on. I backed it up and reloaded all of my stuff on the new one. I didn't have any problems on my first one at any point. But now I can't...
