Brandonx which carrier do you have? and did you try Go launch app? sometimes my browser just stuck on loading screen, and some app stop working until i restart the phone, then it work again.....cellphone heat up itself when not using?...... not sure if you have these issues?

I had same issue the black out screen....and need to pull battery out to restart the phone....and I went through 3 brand new ones ( and last one i testing out with d/l no app on it )........those all happened less than 10 days...I spoke to samsung rep... they said there is no report was filed on...
