So I just realized something when I restart her phone. Usually on the power up thec and the at&t globe comes up there's usually the at&t logo tone. That doesn't happen anymore either. Checked volume, messenger settings and everything possible. Nothing works! I don't know what else to do. Sent...

All of a sudden my wife's messaging sounds and notifications aren't working. No alert comes through and no pop up notification. I've checked her settings and those things are turned on in messenger settings. Anyone else have this issue? I searched around and didn't find any answers. Any help...
