I have the same thoughts. It started for me with the Samsung Galaxy 8+. I stopped rooting and kept my phones 2-3 years. I still got a 2nd phone as a backup (usually a refurb) because insurance got ridiculously high.

Razr 2025 Ultra Or Plus for a newbie Moto buyer like me. I had Samsung Flip 3 and Flip 5 and Motorola blows Samsung away easily. The specs of the Ultra are really good. I have the Plus being my first Motorola phone. Very impressed

I could only get the Razr Plus by trading in my Flip 5. T mobile has the Ultra at full price and I didn't want to pay the price with $800 trade in value. I just paid taxes on the Plus. The Ultra looked good though!

Just traded in my Flip 5 and got the 2025 Razr plus. I had to wait until now to trade in the Flip 5 Giving my Pixel 9 Pro XL a break. I stil have my pixel but enjoying this Razr plus now. Very nice phone.

Use Facebook on a browser. The app is a battery hog. If you need the FB app, log out of it and then log back in when you need it, then log out. Sometimes I need the app but not all the time

I know this is probably hard to find but are there any decent doorbell cameras that don't have a subscription? Ring used to have free camera notifications for movement outside but they require a subscription to see now.

Got the text. I am cancelling Apple TV before the end of the year. Don't need it. Hulu is disappearing too. It is being integrated with Disney Plus. Netflix is the last one I will have left for free. I am sure the price will go up and T-Mobile will make us pay the extra charge.
