I got the 32 gb t mobile one and it is just on videos or while viewing pictures, sometimes the tray disappears but other times it turns grey. It would be better if it turned black instead of grey though. I tried using nova settings to make it transparent but the problem is still there..

When using apps or viewing videos or pictures my notification area or the top bar at the top where the time/ battery shows it turns grey and I can't take it out. It is annoying especially while watching videos. What can I do to make it disappear?
