Whenever my alarm goes off in the morning, it only vibrates and does not have any sound. On previous Galaxy phones, the alarm sound would go off, even when the phone volume was set to vibrate. What could be causing this problem?

While I'm enjoying my Note 10 Plus, I'm having a very difficult time seeing the screen when wearing polarized sunglasses. The screen has a shiny purple / multicolored tint. With my S10 Plus, the screen would only darken at certain angles. Any idea what could be causing the colored tint?
