I have this problem with the Note 3. There is another employee with the exact same model, with the same carrier who does not have the problem. I asked for a loaner Galaxy S3 - and it has no problem - so my conclusion is that there is either something wrong with my Note 3 or the way I installed...

I just sent back a brand shiny new Galaxy S4 as Bluetooth dialing DOES NOT WORK. I tried some 3rd party apps (eg Maluba) - no go. This is show stopper for me. The guy at the cell phone store told me this was a known issue. Drag.
