i try fastmode safemode nothing work it show android with <!> red mark on chest .. its GSm unlocked

i need your help ..deadly my NEXUS is stuck in startup sccreen, continually displaying X (nexus ) logo i try fast,safe mode it display < ! > marks in red ...i download toolkit, odin but really dont know what to do my cell is GSM,unlocked,3months old,one time rooted with toolkit just 2 1/2 minths...

si can you tell me website detail of download and process you followed for this i am newbie here i got same problem pls need help

sir , i think i stuck in same problem , my nexus is also stuck in google logo and X sign ( nexus) logo is running again and again . i try all the physical method like running in safemode or fastboot mode but it show android logo with <!> sign in red color sir can you tell me step wise answer...
