Same problem here. Exchange account just disappears. When I try to add it back in again, the Exchange ActiveSync Account option is not there. After a while (or if I restart) it comes back and I can re-add it in. Phone is a Samsung S4 with 4.2.2. The exchange account stays around for a day or...
