    Yes factory reset, as if I were gonna resell the phone or I just got it. Good idea about the screen protector! I actually just took it off before you mentioned it, hopefully it fixes it.

    I have ran it in safe mode and experienced similar type of lag. The phone is legit...i bought it from T-Mobile 2 years ago. Been weird ever since I updated it in like September.
