Actually, it did. I even made slo-mode videos with the phone back in June of my kids. It was just buried in the menus on the camera app. There is a thread on AC about it somewhere too.

Mine had slo-mo before, but it was tough to access, as you had to go through several menus in the camera app. Now, it's MUCH easier to use, given where it's easier to access.

You can see the WiFi calling icon on the top of the screen now. The other pic is the actual WiFi calling menu.

Also adds wifi calling to this update. Lag seems less apparent when switching between apps and the home screen (where I noticed it the most). Touch sensitivity seems improved. Knock on is working better for me, and keyboard lag is lots better! I will check for battery usage in time. So far...
