Do you know how wide the LTE channel is? Also I've been seeing some work going on at some T-Mobile sites I drive by daily. Maybe they are enabling band 2 in the Jacksonville market.

I would say Verizon or AT&T since you are in Florida. I have an AT&T phone for work in Jacksonville Florida and I haven't found a place yet where I can't at least make a phone call.
