    Samsung Galaxy S4 cannot connect to PC via USB after upgrade to Android 4.3

    I was having the same issue - Turns out it was my stock Samsung cable that was malfunctioning. I had an older Android data cable that I used for charging in my car and it works great now. Thanks for all the effort. O:-)
