Thanks to Mr. HERELS TOM, all you have to do is go into setting , click apps, click menu, click restore app prefferance... Problem solved!!!!!.. Worked for me perfectly.. Didn't have to hard reset my phone or factory reset ...loseing all your ACCTS , pics, ect, ect, ...anyways thanks again...
