    Did a factory reset. Still not working. I will just have to go get a new phone at T mobile tomorrow. Vibration is enable, but still nothing. Very unfortunate.

    I am having the same trouble. No vibration at all. I called the T Mobile store where I bought it and they said I could return it for a new device. I wonder if this is going to start happening to these phones. What a pain. Not what to expect from a phone that cost $$$$$$.
