I usually unplug in, let it chill for about 20 seconds and let it fire back up (I consider that rebooting). Logged into the 2wire, forced the reboot that way and got a software update. Back online, LG working now. Sometimes I find that my ignorance is bliss.

I have the same problem with my Verizon LG G2... There has to be a way to have different text tones for one to many contacts... someone has to know... this is standard on even an iPhone! Someone please help :)
