With the recent revelation about the iPhone and ipad tracking locations without user consent, does the android platform do this as well? I see an enable GPS use for location in the options, and I've unchecked it. Anything else I should be looking for to keep my location private?

I did the Odin back to 2.1 then the update.zip method last week, and have been enjoying trouble free froyo ever since. imho most definitely get your epic to 2.2 it works
