Hey this had been baffling me too! I simply opened “MX Player” selected “App info” using the “recent apps” finger gesture on the “Navigation bar” by tap and holding on “MX Player” app icon, then tap “Battery”, ensure it is “Not optimised” where it says “Optimise battery usage”. MOST IMPORTANTLY...
